2013年12月26日,中国科协常务副主席、党组书记、书记处第一书记申维辰与甘肃省委副书记、省长刘伟平,分别代表中国科协与甘肃省政府签署合作协议。甘肃省政府副秘书长俞建宁主持签字仪式。此次合作协议内容涉及公民科学素质建设、引才引智、对口扶贫、推进企业技术创新、科普基础设施和民族地区科普服务体系建设等,明确了双方权责,形成了长效合作机制。
On December 26, 2013, Shen Weichen, Executive Vice Chairman of China Association for Science and Technology, Party Secretary and Secretary of the Party Committee, and Liu Weiping, Deputy Secretary and Governor of Gansu Provincial Party Committee, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of China Association for Science and Technology and Gansu Provincial Government respectively. Yu Jianning, deputy secretary general of Gansu Provincial Government, presided over the signing ceremony. The cooperation agreement covers the construction of citizen's scientific quality, introduction of talents, guidance of poverty alleviation, promotion of technological innovation in enterprises, construction of science popularization infrastructure and construction of science popularization service system in ethnic areas. It has clarified the rights and responsibilities of both parties and formed a long-term cooperation mechanism.
