例一,女,孕44周,第一胎第一产,顺产,因呼吸困难、心脏微跳停止后死亡,存活二天。营养差,后囟处脑膜膨出,大小为5cm×3cm×2cm,角膜混浊,胸腔见少量淡黄色积液。心脏13克,左肺重22克,右肺重24克,两肺可见点片状出血灶,肝重100克,暗红色,双侧肾上腺缺如,右肾11克,左肾10克,胸腺27克。尸检结果:双侧肾上腺缺如伴脑膨出及两肺灶性出血。 例二,女,孕43周,第一胎,第一产,宫内孕,顺产,存活12小时后死亡。尸检结果:双侧肾上
