基本案情王某,中共党员,某市经济委员会原主任。2009年1月,A集团公司与某市B县政府洽谈对C上市公司实施资产重组,时任市经济委员会主任的王某受市政府指派,负责牵线A集团公司与B县政府洽谈重组C上市公司事宜。3月6日,A集团公司草拟《合作框架》初稿,密封后派专人送王某阅。期间,王某将此事有关信息告其妻李某,并于3月底要求李某卖掉其他股票买入C上市公司股票。
Basic case Wang, a member of the Communist Party of China, the city’s economic committee former director. In January 2009, Group A negotiated with the government of county B to carry out the reorganization of the assets of listed company C, Wang was appointed as the chairman of the Municipal Economic Commission. He was assigned by the municipal government and was responsible for negotiating with Group A and B county government to restructure C Company matters. On March 6, Group A drafted the first draft of the “Cooperation Framework” and sent someone to Wang for inspection after the seal was sealed. During this, Wang told his wife Lee about the matter, and at the end of March asked Lee to sell other stocks to buy C shares of listed companies.
