目的调查不同类型自体吞噬在肝癌及癌旁组织中的分布情况。方法通过电子显微镜观察15对肝癌组织标本的超微结构,并使用相关软件量化图像指标以分析不同类型自体吞噬分布与细胞超微结构特征之间的联系。结果数据提示肝癌细胞中主要分布巨型自噬,分布与肿瘤细胞的活动及代谢情况相关;而癌旁细胞主要分布微型自噬,且分布与细胞的炎症损伤程度相关。结论巨型自体吞噬和微型自体吞噬在肝细胞癌组织及癌旁组织中呈现不对称分布,该现象可能与肝癌的发生相关。
Objective To investigate the distribution of different types of autophagy in liver cancer and adjacent tissues. Methods The ultrastructures of 15 HCC tissues were observed by electron microscopy. The related software was used to quantify the image indexes to analyze the relationship between the different types of autophagy distribution and the ultrastructure characteristics of HCC. The results suggest that there are mainly macrophages in hepatocellular carcinoma cells. The distribution is related to the activity and metabolism of tumor cells. The para-cancerous cells mainly distribute in mini-autophagy, and the distribution is related to the degree of inflammatory damage. Conclusion Giant autophagy and micro-autophagy exhibit asymmetric distribution in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and paracancerous tissues, which may be related to the occurrence of hepatocellular carcinoma.
