从安徽蚕豆上分离到一个种传病毒分离物Bd,仅能侵染蚕豆和豌豆,稀释终点(DEP)为10~(-4),致死温度(TIP)80~85℃(10分钟),体外存活期(LIV)6天(20~25℃室温);可经汁液和种子传播,但苜蓿蚜(Aphis medicaginis Koch)不能传毒。用四氯化碳——PEG(MW.6000)法,结合蔗糖垫差速离心,可获高度纯化的病毒制备物。病毒粒子等轴对称,直径约25nm,部分粒子被染料渗透而中空。用纯化的Bd分离物制备的抗血清表现高度的专一性,在琼脂双扩散试验中,Bd分离物与其抗血清只形成一条沉淀带;应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)成功地检出了该分离物,并获得较高的灵敏度。据此,作者初步认为Bd分离物类似于Quantz等报道的蚕豆真花叶病毒(Broad Bean True Mosaic Virus)。本文是蚕豆真花叶病毒在我国的第一次报道。

In the agar double diffusion assay, the Bd isolate formed only one pellet with its antisera; the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was successfully used to detect The isolate, and obtain higher sensitivity. Accordingly, the authors initially consider the Bd isolate to be similar to the Broad Bean True Mosaic Virus reported by Quantz et al. This article is the first report of broad bean true mosaic virus in our country.
