随着国家教育部大力推行高职教育发展,全国各地的高职院校都在寻求自己的发展之路,规模化办学已经成为现在的主流。在现行时代下,校企合作是高职院校实现人才培养目标的有效途径。本文主要分析了在校企合作视角下如何提升高职院校工科学生的隐性职业素养。
With the vigorous implementation of higher vocational education by the Ministry of Education, higher vocational colleges across the country are seeking their own way of development. Large-scale running schools have become the mainstream nowadays. Under the current era, the cooperation between school and enterprises is an effective way to realize the goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges. This article mainly analyzes how to promote the recessive professionalism of engineering students in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation.
