在编制《炼油化工自控安装图册》的过程中,根据炼油、化工实际生产的需要,曾搜集整理了几种复杂调节系统,如PH酸度调节、压缩机防飞动控制与自动选择控制等。由于我们既未进行科学试验,又无成熟的生产实践经验可以借鉴,故未编入《图册》供工程设计直接选用。但又考虑到这些调节系统的组成,从理论上分析是合理的,有必要通过实践来检验它,完善它,故在此加以介绍,供需用单位参考。希望通过讨论和工作,进一步提高生产过程自动化的水平。兹分述于后:
