上海电线三厂是一个主要生产布电线和电话线的小型企业,全厂职1606人,去年创利879万元。这个厂已有五十年的历史,在厂房简陋,设备陈旧,场地狭窄,危险因素较多的情况下,连续多年无重大工伤事故,无职业病,负伤率去年已降到0.24‰,达到行业先进水平,连续二年被评为机电系统安全先进单位。我厂之所以能够在困难的条件下,连续保持安全生产的好势头,最突出的一点体会是,坚持开展安全竞赛活动,不断提高职工,尤其是干部的安全意识。自一九八一年起,我厂已连续开展了五年
