目的对茜草科拉拉藤属植物蓬子菜(Galium verumL.)全草的乙醇提取物进行分离鉴定。方法经反复纯化制备化合物,并通过化合物的理化性质分析、波谱解析、对照品比较及与文献报道对比鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果分离得到7个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱学解析分别鉴定为东莨菪素(1)、阿魏酸(2)、对羟基苯丙酸(3)、香豆酸三十二烷酯(4)、正三十二烷醇(5)、β-谷甾醇(6)和胡萝卜苷(7)。结论化合物1~5为从本属中首次分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To isolate and identify the ethanol extract of the whole plant of Galium verum L. from the genus Rubia. Methods The compounds were prepared by repeated purification. The chemical structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical analysis, spectral analysis and comparison with reference materials. Results Seven compounds were isolated and identified as scopolamine (1), ferulic acid (2), p-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid (3), and dinalcyl coumarate (4) according to their physicochemical properties and spectral analysis ), N-docosanol (5), β-sitosterol (6) and daucosterol (7). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 5 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
