实验室驯化的中华按蚊,通过人胎盘膜,吸取含马来丝虫微丝蚴的新鲜兔血而获感染。在相对湿度为75—85%,温度为28℃的实验条件下,观察了中华按蚊感染马来丝虫后感染期幼虫在故体内移行情况。结果表明,感染期幼虫一旦成熟,立即开始移行。离开胸肌的幼虫首先大部分移向腹部,少数移向头喙部,随后,头喙部幼虫逐渐增多,腹部胸部幼虫比例波动不定,平均感染期幼虫有递减趋势。
Anatomy of the Chinese anopheline laboratory, through the human placental membrane, absorb the male rabbit filarial microfilaria infection of fresh rabbit blood. Under the experimental conditions of relative humidity 75-85% and temperature 28 ℃, the migration of larvae in the infection stage of Anopheles sinensis was observed. The results show that, once infected larvae mature immediately begin to migrate. Most of the larvae that left the pectoral muscle moved to the abdomen and a few moved to the head and beak. After that, the number of larvae in the beak gradually increased and the proportion of larvae in the thorax of the abdomen fluctuated. The larvae in the average infection decreased gradually.
