本次研究采用了两组模拟装饰实验室,应用化学方法检测室内挥发性化学物的浓度及消除情况,同时在国内首次应用环境生物检测技术- 蚕豆叶尖细胞微核试验,发现了装饰材料中挥发性化学物的潜在致突变性,并与哺乳动物的遗传毒性有很好相关性。根据研究结果,获得居住者的最安全的接触时间,并首次提出了新装修居室的空气卫生标准建议值,为卫生部门制订有关标准提供科学依据。
