新时代对人才要求愈加全面,因此省级示范性高中培养英语尖子生非常必要。本文针对我校在实际英语教学中尖子生培养的现状,提出高中英语尖子生培养的目标、原则和方法,并采取了切实可行的策略,即:合理利用教师的期望效应扩大英语尖子生的阵容;对待尖子生要“另眼相看”;鼓励尖子生多阅读写作;提高尖子生的自主学习能力并关注其心理教育。
The new era of more comprehensive requirements of talent, so the provincial model high school students training aces is very necessary. Aiming at the present situation of top students in our college, this paper puts forward the goals, principles and methods of high school students in australia and proposes some feasible strategies: to make rational use of the expectant effect of teachers and to expand the lineup of top students in English. ; To treat top students to “look at others”; encourage top students to read and write; improve top students’ self-learning ability and pay attention to their psychological education.
