《局方别裁》是《太平惠民和剂局方》的改编本。《太平惠民和剂局方》(简称《局方》)是中医的著名方书之一,也是一本较早的方剂学专著。由于该书中的方剂大多来自临床实践,使用得当,效果良好,迄今仍广为使用的四床君子汤、四物汤、逍遥散等,都是出自本书,可见其影响之大。但是,由于该书在宋代历朝多有增添,存在着方剂重复、混乱。分类也不统一等缺点.改编者以1961年人民卫生出版社出版的排印本为蓝本,除删去了附录的《用药指南》三卷外,本着便于实用,在保持方剂学内容不变的原则下,根据方剂的实质内容,结合现代“以法统方”的方剂学分类法.重新整理分类,并对每首方剂加上组成用法、功能主治等小标题,故名曰《局方别
The “Administrative Division Trial” is an adaptation of the “Taiping Huimin Harmony Bureau”. The “Taiping Huimin Hezhi Bureau” (referred to as “the bureau”) is one of the famous traditional Chinese medicine books as well as an earlier monograph of prescription medicine.
