分析了碳钢太阳能贮热水箱防腐涂层失效的原因。针对水箱中高湿热腐蚀环境,介绍了涂层在热水、溶解氧及腐蚀性氯离子等影响因素作用下发生的鼓泡、脱落、湿附着力丧失等现象。结合失效机理,提出了相关的防腐蚀对策。
The reasons of the failure of anti-corrosion coating of carbon steel solar hot water tank were analyzed. Aiming at the hot and humid hot corrosion environment in water tank, the phenomena of bubbling, falling off and losing of wet adhesion occurred under the influence of hot water, dissolved oxygen and corrosive chloride ions were introduced. Combined with the failure mechanism, the countermeasures against corrosion are put forward.
