第一条根据中华人民共和国土地改革法(以下简称土地改革法)第二十四条制定本办法。第二条土地改革中对于华侨土地财产之处理事项,本办法已有规定者,遵照本办法规定处理之;本办法未有规定者,遵照土地改革法及大行政区和省人民政府关于土地改革的法令规定处理之。第三条凡中国人民连续在国外侨居从事各种职业满一年以上者,本人及其家属(直系亲属)在国内的土地财产称之为华侨土地财产,在土地改革中得适用本办法处理之。但有下列情形之
Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with Article 24 of the Land Reform Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Agrarian Reform Act). Article 2 For the matters concerning the management of the land property of overseas Chinese in the land reform, those already stipulated in these Measures shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the present Measures; those not provided for in these Measures shall comply with the Land Reform Law and the Laws of the Land Administration and the Provincial People’s Government on Land Reform Act to deal with it. Article 3 Where Chinese people continuously reside abroad for more than one year in various occupations, the land property of themselves and their relatives (immediate family members) in the country shall be called overseas Chinese land property and shall be governed by the Measures in the land reform .
