浜瓜是上海郊区著名的土特产之一,原产我县三林乡,栽培历史悠久,享以皮薄瓤多、肉细鲜嫩、水多爽口、糖度梯度小等独特的风味受到城乡人民的赞誉。但是,由于瓜形小、栽培技术落后和种性退化等原因,造成了产量上不去,种植面积也受到限制。我所近年开展了浜瓜高产栽培和提纯选优的试验研究工作,取得一定的效果。本文就浜瓜种性退化的原因,与近年提纯选优的结果作一分析和介绍。一、性状表现及种性退化原因(一)主要性状表现
