要从我国的国情出发,提倡节约办医疗,采用适宜的医疗服务技术,要科学、严格、规范地实行高新技术和高精尖设备的准入,抑制大型医院盲目扩张,防止超越国力,超越群众支付能力,造成资源浪费。这个要求是我在今年1月份全国卫生工作会议上提出来的,我也见到了一些报道,说我们有些院长不赞成我这个观点,说现在人民群众看病难,主要是到了大医院看病难,而解决这个问题,就是要加快大医院的发展,要采用更多的先进设备和技术,要培养更多的掌握高新技术的人
