目的:研究前动力蛋白受体PKR1 rs4627609和PKR2rs6053283的多态性与复发性流产的关系,并对其可能的作用机制进行预测。创新点:首次在中国汉族人群中进行前动力蛋白受体PKR1 rs4627609和PKR2 rs6053283的多态性与复发性流产关系的研究,并对其功能进行预测。方法:共收集了93例复发性流产和169例健康对照者血液样本,提取基因组DNA,对PKR1 rs4627609和PKR2 rs6053283两个位点进行基因多态性分析,在两组样本中分析不同基因型与复发性流产的关系,并对PKR2 rs6053283位点的不同等位基因进行生物功能预测。结论:PKR2 rs6053283的多态性与复发性流产相关;而PKR1 rs4627609的多态性与复发性流产之间不存在相关性。
Objective: To study the relationship between polymorphisms of prokinetic protein receptor PKR1 rs4627609 and PKR2 rs6053283 and recurrent spontaneous abortion, and to predict the possible mechanism. Innovative point: For the first time in Chinese Han population for the anterior motor protein receptor PKR1 rs4627609 and PKR2 rs6053283 polymorphism and recurrent abortion relationship study, and its function prediction. Methods: A total of 93 blood samples were collected from recurrent spontaneous abortion and 169 healthy controls. The genomic DNA was extracted and the polymorphisms of PKR1 rs4627609 and PKR2 rs6053283 were analyzed. The genotypes of the two genotypes and Recurrent spontaneous abortion and predict the biological function of different alleles of PKR2 rs6053283 locus. Conclusion: Polymorphism of PKR2 rs6053283 is associated with recurrent spontaneous abortion. There is no correlation between polymorphism of PKR1 rs4627609 and recurrent spontaneous abortion.
