将镜头对准在教育战线上默默奉献的人们走进莱州市双语实验学校,徐建华这个名字在师生中并不陌生。这不仅由于她头上笼罩的诸如“山东省特级教师”“齐鲁名师建设工程人选”“山东省教育科研先进个人”等耀眼光环,更是因为任教十几年来她一直潜心研究,锐意改革,大胆创新,以“生活化英语”教学模式为突破口,并通过行动研究的方式且行且思,在创新实践与反思积累中不断实现着教育教学与自身成长的双重超越。
