目的观察品管圈活动在产科护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法选取医院产科自愿参与品管圈活动的24名护理人员及产科孕产妇308例作为研究对象,同时,选取医院产科未实施品管圈活动的孕产妇312例的临床资料作为对照组。品管圈活动组所有护理人员及孕产妇均按品管圈相关步骤参与各类活动,于实施前后1年对比效果。结果品管圈活动实施后,新生儿手圈丢失、胸牌丢失、病历书写质量,孕产妇知识掌握率及护理满意度等均优于未实施品管圈活动的对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论品管圈活动应用于产科护理管理可有效改善护理效果,降低护理缺陷发生率,提高护理满意度,护理效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the application effect of quality control loop in obstetrics nursing risk management. Methods Twenty-four nurses and 308 obstetric maternity women who voluntarily participated in the quality control circle of obstetrics in the hospital were selected as the research objects. Meanwhile, the clinical data of 312 pregnant women who did not perform quality control circle in hospital obstetrics were selected as the control group. Quality control circle activity group All nurses and pregnant women are involved in various activities according to quality control circle related steps, compared to 1 year before and after the implementation of the contrast effect. Results After the implementation of QC activities, the newborn lost the hand ring, lost the badge, the quality of the medical records, the mastery rate of maternal knowledge and nursing satisfaction were better than the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusions Quality control circle activities applied in obstetrics nursing management can effectively improve the nursing effect, reduce the incidence of nursing defects and improve nursing satisfaction, nursing effect is significant, it is worth to promote the application.
