As different people in interest, hobbies, ability, morality, knowledge and other differences, resulting in the individual differences in the process of learning, leading to the formation of post-graduation. The problem of post-graduation is one of the long-term problems in education and teaching. To implement quality-oriented education, we must grasp the transformation of post-graduation students. This requires that our teachers overcome their prejudices, correctly understand them, study them, give due positions to postgraduates, give them more ladders of care and progress, and spill more love into the future.
