目的探讨人直肠癌中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)的形态表达特点及其与侵袭和转移的关系。方法选取直肠癌组织46例,正常直肠组织12例,分别应用COX-2单克隆抗体和MMP-2单克隆抗体进行免疫组织化学染色,观察COX-2、MMP-2的表达水平,结果进行统计学处理。结果COX-2在直肠癌中的阳性表达率为63.04%,在正常直肠组织中阳性表达率为25%,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);其表达程度与直肠癌的临床分期和转移有关(P<0.05),而与其组织学类型及分级无关(P>0.05)。MMP-2在直肠癌中的表达率为67.39%,在正常直肠组织中表达率为25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其表达程度与直肠癌的分级、临床分期和转移有关(P<0.05),与其组织学类型无关(P>0.05)。结论COX-2、MMP-2在直肠癌组织中均呈过表达,其表达程度具有相关性。COX-2、MMP-2的表达与直肠癌的发生、侵袭和转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the morphological characteristics of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) in human rectal cancer and its relationship with invasion and metastasis. Methods 46 cases of rectal cancer tissues and 12 cases of normal rectal tissues were selected for immunohistochemical staining with COX-2 monoclonal antibody and MMP-2 monoclonal antibody to observe the expression of COX-2 and MMP-2, the results were statistically analyzed Learn to deal with. Conclusions COX-2 and MMP-2 are overexpressed in rectal cancer tissues and their expression levels are correlated. The expression of COX-2 and MMP-2 are closely related to the occurrence, invasion and metastasis of rectal cancer.
