目的 探讨健康人膈神经重复电刺激 (PRNS)和肋间神经重复电刺激 (IRNS)特点。方法检测了 2 8例健康人双侧PRNS和IRNS ,刺激频率为 3Hz和 5Hz ,记录第 4或第 5波与第 1波间波幅衰减的百分比。结果 PRNS和IRNS均不存在年龄、性别、侧别间的差异 ;合并双侧后的结果显示PRNS和IRNS波幅衰减百分比均小于 7%。PRNS在操作上难度大于IRNS。结论 可将波幅衰减大于 15 %作为PRNS和IRNS异常的标准。
Objective To investigate the characteristics of phrenic nerve repeated electrical stimulation (PRNS) and intercostal nerve electrical stimulation (IRNS) in healthy volunteers. Methods Bilateral PRNS and IRNS were examined in 28 healthy subjects. The stimulation frequencies were 3Hz and 5Hz. The percentage of amplitude attenuation between the 4th and 5th waves and the 1st wave was recorded. Results There were no differences in age, gender and side-to-side between PRNS and IRNS. The results of both sides showed that the percentage of amplitude attenuation of PRNS and IRNS was less than 7%. PRNS is more difficult to operate than IRNS. Conclusion Volatility attenuation greater than 15% can be used as a criterion for PRNS and IRNS anomalies.
