前报道微缺美登木Maytenus emarginata的乙醇提取物具有抗P-388淋巴细胞性白血病细胞的细胞毒作用:从中分离出一个新的具有细胞毒性的倍半萜烯吡啶生物碱(emarginatine A(1))。其结构是通过光谱的X-射线分析确证的。本文报道从该植物中又分出一个新的倍半萜烯吡啶生物碱(emarginatine B(2))和美登碱(maytansine(3))。(2)显示出较强的抗人体KB细胞的细胞毒作用(ED_(50)=0.4μg/m1)。为鉴定(2)的结构,除运用一般光谱外,还应用了二维核磁技术(2D-nmr)及nOe方法,完全确证其结构为emarginatine A(1)的C-8差向异构体,其9位羟基与苯甲酸成酯。
It has been previously reported that the ethanol extract of Maytenus emarginata has the cytotoxic activity against P-388 lymphocytic leukemia cells: a new cytotoxic sesquiterpene pyridine alkaloid (emarginatine A (1 )). Its structure is confirmed by spectroscopic X-ray analysis. In this paper, another new sesquiterpene alkaloid (emarginatine B (2)) and maytansine (3) were isolated from this plant. (2) showed stronger cytotoxicity against human KB cells (ED 50 = 0.4 μg / ml). In order to identify the structure of (2), two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance (2D-nmr) and nOe methods were used in addition to the general spectra to confirm the structure of C-8 epimer of emarginatine A (1) Its 9 hydroxyl and benzoic acid esters.
