因烧烫伤引发的人身损害赔偿案件时有发生，对伤者进行伤残评定成为诉讼的必要环节。笔者对1a来的10例烧烫伤评残案件进行回顾性分析，就烧烫伤的评残特点及有关问题进行探讨。一般资料在10例烧烫伤评残案例中，男性7例，女性3例，年龄范围为3～40岁。2例为电烧伤，3例意外烫伤
Cases of personal injury caused by burns have occurred from time to time, and disability assessment of the injured became a necessary part of litigation.
