最近,我们和省政府研究室、省委统战部、省工商局的同志一起,对吴江市、沭阳县、六合县的个私经济发展情况进行了调研。调查结果令人振奋。近两年来,三县(市)由于把发展个体私营经济作为重要的经济增长点来抓,使本区域的个私经济得到迅速发展。他们的主要做法和经验是:一、坚持“三个有利于”标准,把解放思想作为发展个私经济的突破口我们在调研中深深地感受到,三县(市)个体私营经济之所以能在近两年得到较快的发展,是因为他们始终抓住经济建设这个中心,紧密结合当地实际,以解放思想为突破口,以邓小平理论为指导,认真贯彻中共十五大精神,创造性地执行省委、省政府关于进一步放手发展个体私营经济的各项政策规定。在解放思想上,他们突出抓了三个环节:把解放思想贯穿于个私经济发展的全过程。三县(市)的实践经验表明,抓解放思想,不能紧一阵松一阵,而要常抓不懈;不能仅作为阶段性的工作,而要贯穿于发展个体私营经济的全过程;不能只讲在嘴上,而要切实落实在行动上。沭阳县原是江苏相对贫困的地区之一,虽经多年的脱贫
