冷战后亚太地区安全局势发生了重大变化。当今地区安全面临的主要问题是冷战思维的存在。地区安全问题的解决需要提倡新安全观。中国的对策应是立足发展,绸缪和平。
After the cold war, the security situation in the Asia Pacific region has undergone major changes. The main problem facing regional security today is the existence of the Cold War mentality. The solution to regional security issues needs to promote a new security concept. China’s response should be based on development and be prepared for peace.
