随着国家精神文明建设的加快,使得国家文化事业和经济建设相协调,高校图书馆与公共图书馆必须联合起来,整合各自资源,面向社会发挥整体资源优势。文章从高校图书馆与公共图书馆资源共建必要性开始着手,重点分析了三种共建模式:共建行之有效机制、进行网上资源共享、在“云计算”基础上建立数据库,协同编目。形成真正的资源共建,推进文化教育事业的大发展、大繁荣。
With the acceleration of the national spiritual civilization construction, the national cultural undertakings and economic construction are coordinated. The university libraries and the public libraries must unite to integrate their respective resources and play their overall resource advantages for the society. The article starts from the necessity of building the resources of university library and public library, and analyzes three kinds of co-construction mode emphatically: the effective mechanism of CCB, the sharing of online resources, the establishment of database on the basis of “cloud computing” Collaborative cataloging. The formation of a real resource to build, promote the great development of cultural and educational undertakings, prosperity.
