海河上游是指在天津归入海河的潮白、永定、大清、子牙、漳——卫等河北五河和蓟运河的上游。它包括山西高原东部、北部和蒙古高原、冀热山地的一部份,广袤148,000余平方公里,占整个海河流域面积的53%。由于地势高、坡度大、并有广泛的第四纪沉积,侵蚀作用甚为强烈,每年由此带入河道的泥沙每平方公里达1,143吨,成为我国仅次于黄河的第二个土壤侵蚀严重地区。根据调查和水文资料
The upper reaches of the Haihe River refer to the upper reaches of the rivers of Hebei and Jiyuanshan, such as Chaobai, Yongding, Daqing, Ziya, Zhang-Wei, etc., which belonged to the Haihe River in Tianjin. It includes parts of the eastern and northern parts of Shanxi Plateau and the Mongolian Plateau and Jizhe Mountain, covering a vast area of 148,000 square kilometers, accounting for 53% of the entire Haihe River Basin. Due to the high topography, large slope and extensive Quaternary sedimentation, the erosion is very strong. The annual sediment transport into the riverway amounts to 1,143 tons per square kilometer, making it the second soil erosion in China after the Yellow River Serious area. Based on surveys and hydrological data
