(本刊讯)11月23日至12月12日,在北京召开了第三届石油科学研究工作会议。这次会议的内容是检阅科学研究成果,总结大跃进的经验,统一思想,提高认识,明确方针任务,制订1960年石油科学研究工作计划,以实现明年石油科学研究工作的更大跃进,促进石油工业的大发展。这次会议是一次反右倾、鼓干劲的动员誓师大会。在部党组的直接领导和亲切关怀下,会议取得了巨大的成功。参加会议的代表共165人,代表了石油工业各专业研究机构及有关单位,在会上各单位提出的科学研究报告资料共161篇。报告反映了大跃进以来科学研究工作取得的丰富成
