利用[Co(acac)_2(ph—en)]~+(acac=2,4—戊二酮离子,ph—en=N—苯基乙二胺)与配体ph—en在甲醇溶媒中及活性炭的存在下进行合成反应,制取了非对映体(diastereomer)的三种外消旋对,即△(SS),∧(RR)—,△(SR),∧(RS)—,和△(RR),∧(SS)—反式(N—ph,N—ph)—[Co(acac)(ph—en)_2]~(2+)。异构体在水、甲醇、乙醇等溶媒中,发生差向异构化反应而得到上述三种异构体的平衡混合物。为了防止异构化反应,溶液的酸性必须保持在PH<1.5。三种异构体的结构是基于~1H核磁共振光谱和吸收光谱而确定的。异构体在平衡时的分布是利用柱状色谱技术进行测定的。三种异构体(红色(R):棕色(B):绿色(G)的摩尔比为5:78:17。
The interaction between the ligands ph-en in the presence of [Co (acac) 2 (ph- en)] ~ + (acac = 2,4- pentanedionate, ph- en = N- phenylethylenediamine) (SS), ∧ (RR) -, Δ (SR), and ∧ (RS) - were obtained by the synthetic reaction in the presence of activated carbon and diastereomers. △ (RR), ∧ (SS) -trans (N-ph, N-ph) - [Co (acac) (ph-en) _2] ~ (2+). The isomerization occurs in a solvent such as water, methanol, ethanol and the like to give an equilibrium mixture of the above three isomers. In order to prevent isomerization, the acidity of the solution must be kept at pH <1.5. The structures of the three isomers were determined based on ~ 1H NMR and absorption spectra. The distribution of isomers at equilibrium is determined using column chromatography. The molar ratio of the three isomers (red (R): brown (B): green (G) was 5:78:17.
