房地产业景气指数显示,在商品房销售增长五成、空置房屋面积减少的情况下,上半年房地产总体景气呈现上扬趋势,“国房景气指数”值达到102.94,比去年同期增加4.77。
In the real estate industry, the overall prosperity index of real estate increased in the first half of the year under the circumstance of a 50% increase in sales of real estate and a decrease in the area of vacant houses. The “state property prosperity index” reached 102.94, an increase of 4.77 over the same period of last year.
