当今,水土流失已经成为影响人类经济社会可持续发展的重要因素,水土流失对人类生存环境极为不利,它是人类诸多灾害的根源。全世界约有2500万平方公里土地遭受水土流失,中国的水土流失面积达356万平方公里。水土保持是一项综合性很强的系统工程,水土保持是山区发展的生命线,是国土整治、江河治理的根本,是国民经济和社会发展的基础,是我们必须长期坚持的一项基本国策。也是摆在广大水利工作者面前的一个重大课题。
Nowadays, soil and water loss has become an important factor that affects the sustainable development of human economy and society. Soil and water loss is extremely unfavorable to the living environment of mankind and it is the root cause of many human disasters. There are about 25 million square kilometers of land in the world suffering soil and water loss, and the area of soil erosion in China amounts to 3.56 million square kilometers. Soil and water conservation is a comprehensive and systematic project. Soil and water conservation is the lifeline of mountain development and the foundation of land consolidation and river management. It is the foundation of national economy and social development. It is a basic national policy that we must uphold for a long time. Is also placed in front of the majority of water conservancy workers a major issue.
