分析研究了采用某新工艺所制取的DGJW 40钢结硬质合金的显微缺陷。结果表明 :无论是合金的致密度、脏孔情况及游离碳含量 ,还是合金中硬质相的偏聚程度 ,此新工艺均明显优于已有的各种压制 烧结法。
The micro-defects of DGJW 40 steel-bonded cemented carbide produced by a new technology were analyzed and studied. The results show that the new process is obviously superior to the existing compression sintering methods in both the density of the alloy, the condition of the dirty pores and the free carbon content, and the segregation degree of the hard phase in the alloy.
