目前,自由基与癌的关系仍存在争议。我们已经观察到荷人鼻咽癌(NPC)裸鼠血浆丙二醛(MDA)增高,但其变化规律及自由基升高的来源,国内外尚未见报道。本实验利用NC裸小鼠复制荷人NPC动物模型,检测不同病期荷瘤鼠血浆MDA水平,以探讨荷瘤鼠血浆自由基的变化规律,并以低分化鼻咽癌细胞株(CNE_(-2))为线索,检测不同培养时间CNE_(-2)上
At present, the relationship between free radicals and cancer is still controversial. We have observed that plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) increased in nude mice bearing human NPC, but its variation and origin of free radicals have not been reported at home and abroad.
