目的:卵巢癌是妇科常见恶性肿瘤之一,对化疗药物的多药耐药(MultidrugResistance,MDR)是影响卵巢癌患者临床预后的主要原因。卵巢癌首次化疗有效率高达76%,但复发后降至20%,近年来对其的研究也越来越受到重视。本文较为全面地综述了卵巢癌MDR发生的分子机制。
OBJECTIVE: Ovarian cancer is one of the common gynecological malignancies. Multidrug resistance (MDR) is a major cause of clinical prognosis in ovarian cancer patients. The effective rate of first chemotherapy for ovarian cancer is as high as 76%, but it drops to 20% after the relapse, and more and more attention has been paid to its research in recent years. This article reviews the molecular mechanism of MDR in ovarian cancer more comprehensively.
