目的:对抗感染药使用情况进行分析、评价。方法:搜集我院2007年抗菌药物使用数据,用Excel进行数据分析,统计抗感染药的品种、金额及用药频度(DDDs)。结果:我院2007年抗感染药物销售额占药品收入的比例基本稳定在20%左右,比全球抗感染药物市场销售额约占药品总销售额的15%略高,但是,比全国医药信息网统计的我国医药抗感染药销售额占药品销售总金额的28%低。结论:我院抗感染药的使用情况基本合理,符合国内用药趋势,但仍存在着一些不足之处,需要在今后进一步加强管理和监督力度。
Objective: To analyze the use of anti-infectives, evaluate. Methods: To collect data of antimicrobial use in our hospital in 2007, analyze the data by Excel, and count the variety, amount and DDDs of antiinfective drugs. Results: The proportion of sales of anti-infective drugs in pharmaceuticals accounts for about 20% of the total in 2007, which is slightly higher than the global sales of anti-infective drugs accounting for about 15% of the total sales of pharmaceuticals. However, compared with the national pharmaceutical information network Statistics of China’s pharmaceutical anti-infective drug sales accounted for 28% of the total amount of drug sales low. Conclusion: The use of anti-infectives in our hospital is basically reasonable and in line with the trend of domestic drug use. However, there are still some shortcomings. It is necessary to further strengthen the management and supervision in the future.
