目的 探讨微血管密度 (MVD)层粘连蛋白受体(L N- R)表达水平及其与甲状腺癌转移的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学 SP法检测 33例原发性甲状腺癌中 L N - R的表达及 MVD计数。结果 33例原发性甲状腺癌中 L N- R表达阳性者 19例 ,表达率为 5 7.6 %。在有转移的 14例甲状腺癌中 12例 L N - R表达阳性 ,表达率为 85 .7%。在无转移的19例中 ,L N- R表达阳性者 7例 ,表达率为 36 .8%。在有转移的甲状腺癌中 L N- R阳性表达率明显高于无转移的甲状腺癌 (P<0 .0 0 1)。MVD计数在有淋巴结转移的甲状腺癌中为 88.6 9± 18.2 6 ,在无转移的甲状腺癌中为 31.18± 14.42 ,后者 MVD计数明显低于前者 (P<0 .0 0 1)。在无淋巴结转移的甲状腺癌中 L N- R表达阳性者的 MVD计数为 43.16±10 .71,明显高于 L N- R表达阴性者 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 L N- R表达及 MVD计数与甲状腺癌的侵袭转移有关 ,可作为甲状腺癌患者的预后指标
Objective To investigate the expression of microvascular density (MVD) laminin receptor (L N-R) and its relationship with thyroid cancer metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expression of LN-R and MVD counts in 33 cases of primary thyroid cancer. Results Among 33 cases of primary thyroid carcinoma, 19 cases were positive for LN-R expression, and the expression rate was 5 7.6 %. Of the 14 cases of metastatic thyroid cancer, 12 cases had positive LN-R expression with a rate of 85.7%. In 19 cases without metastasis, 7 cases were positive for LN-R expression, and the expression rate was 36.8%. The positive rate of LN-R in metastatic thyroid cancer was significantly higher than that of metastatic thyroid cancer (P < 0.01). The MVD count was 88.6 9± 18.26 in thyroid cancer with lymph node metastasis and 31.18± 14.42 in non-metastatic thyroid cancer. The latter MVD count was significantly lower than the former (P < 0.01). The MVD count of patients with positive expression of LN-R in thyroid carcinoma without lymph node metastasis was 43.16±10.71, which was significantly higher than that in patients with negative LN-R expression (P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of LN-R and MVD are related to the invasion and metastasis of thyroid cancer and can be used as prognostic indicators in patients with thyroid cancer.
