用小白鼠动情前期的离体子宮检定脑垂体后叶的效价,其操作方法及計算公式与大白鼠离体子宮法检定脑垂体后叶效价的方法相同。用13只小白鼠进行实驗,并与大白鼠离体子宮法进行比較,两种方法实驗結果几乎完全相等。13次小白鼠离体子宮法所測得的結果在真实效价的95.3—108.1%之間13次实驗測得值的差异系数是9.4%。
With mouse estrus earlier estrous uterus examination pituitary titers, the operation method and formula and the rat uterus pituitary tingling method for the determination of the same. Experiments were performed with 13 mice and compared with the isolated rat uterus. The experimental results of the two methods were almost identical. The results of 13 in vitro mouse uterine tests showed that the coefficient of variation of 13 experiments was between 9.4% and 95.3-108.1% of the real titer.
