我国的证券投资基金经过两年的发展,目前已有10家基金管理公司,30只封闭式基金,总规模531亿元,净资产规模800亿元,有5家商业银行获得了基金的托管资格。但由于我国证券市场发展还处于初期阶段,法律、法规的建设还有待于完善,管理层监督的手段及水平、行业自律性管理水平、从业者的操作水平和投资人的投资水平等都还有待于进一步提高。为此,高尚全认为:
