随着国企改革的逐步深化,多种文化相互碰撞、人的思想意识多元化,国有企业的党建思想政治工作面临着更加开放的外部环境,党建思想政治工作只有适应这种变化,不断解放思想,更新观念,不断探索创新,才能使党建思想政治工作在企业中找到应有的位置,发挥更大的作用,要用新的思维方式去思考问题,分析问题。用新的方式去解决问题,才能使党建思想政治工作紧跟国企改革发展的步伐。
