经过20多年的改革与探索,国有企 业的管理体制和经营机制发生了深刻的 变化。目前半数以上的国有以及国有控 股大型骨干企业,已经改制为多元股东 持股的公司制企业;一批大型国有企业 先后在境内外资本市场上市,促进了机 制的转换和管理的创新;国有企业内部 劳动人事分配制度改革也在积极推进。 特别是随着新的国有资产管理体制的建 立与完善,国有企业市场化运作的步伐 进一步加快,活力正在逐步加强。
After more than 20 years of reform and exploration, the management system and operating mechanism of state-owned enterprises have undergone profound changes.
