本文对四川盆地西缘桶木林分的生物量进行了测定.按径级平均标准木法和样方收获法分别调查了乔木层、幼树下木层和草本地彼物层的生物量,据调查数据,按相对生长法则建立了乔木层单株木各器官生物量的回归方程,方程的精度均在92%以上.结果表明,楠木林分的生物量为174.37T/ha,其中乔木层生物量为166.77T/ha,占林分生物量的95.6%.乔木层平均净生产量为7004.47kg/ha·a.文中还详细讨论了优势木、平均木及被压木的生物量及产量结构,以及根系生物量的层次分布状况.
