推进医院学习型党组织建设是响应党的号召,深入贯彻十七届四中全会精神的实际行动,是按照《关于推进学习型党组织建设的意见》要求夯实学习型政党基础工程的必然之意。笔者认为,推进医院学习型党组织建设要把握好三个重要环节。一、抓重心,积极创建学习型党委加强医院学习型党组织建设,关键是把党委班子构建和培育成适应职能使命需求的学习型党委,只有这样,才能更好地带动部属学习型组织的积极创建。
Promoting the construction of hospital learning party organizations is a practical response to the call of the Party and the thorough implementation of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee. It is the inevitable intention of complying with the requirements of “Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Learning Party Organizations” . The author believes that to promote the construction of hospital learning party organizations should grasp three important aspects. First, focus on and actively create a learning party to strengthen the construction of hospital learning party organizations, the key is to build and cultivate party committees to adapt to the needs of the mission of the learning party, the only way to better motivate subordinate learning-oriented organizations create.
