中国橡胶工业协会确定将于今年开始组织编写《橡胶工业强国发展战略研究》(以下简称《强国战略》),初步定于2014年上半年完成初稿,下半年进一步修改定稿,年底前发行。该《强国战略》的编写方案在中国橡胶工业协会10月23日举行的八届三次常务理事会上审议通过,并作为中橡协今后1～2年的重要工作
China Rubber Industry Association decided to organize the preparation of this year’s “Research on the Development Strategy of a Powerful Rubber Industry” (hereinafter referred to as “Strong Strategy”). The preliminary draft will be finalized in the first half of 2014 and further revised in the second half of the year, and will be issued before the end of the year. The preparation of the “Strong Country Strategy” was reviewed and approved by the China Rubber Industry Association at the Third Executive Council Meeting on October 23 and serves as an important work for the next one to two years of the China Rubber Society
