本文以内蒙古科技大学为例,通过问卷调查方式及“一对一”谈话等方式了解研究生党建工作的现状,并针对目前研究生党建工作存在的问题,在管理机制、党员队伍建设、拓展工作平台等方面进行了探索与创新。
