社会管理是政府职能的重要组成部分,但是,广义上的社会管理又不限于政府的社会管理职能,它还包括其他主体以及社会自身的管理。作为关系国家经济命脉的石油石化企业,自然是社会管理的主体之一。
Social management is an important part of government functions. However, social management in a broad sense is not limited to the government’s social management functions. It also includes other subjects and the management of the society itself. As a petroleum and petrochemical enterprise that relates to the national economy, it is naturally one of the main bodies of social management.
