体育课程体系的改革是体育教学改革的重点和难点,而在普通高校体育课程教学改革的实践中,这项内容本身不能摆脱教师本身、体育设施资源与学校行政管理这三方面的束缚。体育课程体系的改革是一个复杂的系统工程,需要各部门通力协作。体育师资是保证体育课程质量的重要因素,体育场地、器材是体育课程改革的有力保证,也是顺利完成教学任务的前提条件,而学校行政管理效率是改革能否顺利进行的关键之一。本文对制约高校体育课程改革的主导因素进行解析,并提出了相应的建议。
The reform of physical education curriculum system is the key and difficult point of physical education reform. However, in the practice of teaching reform of physical education in general colleges and universities, the content itself can not get rid of the shackles of teachers, sports facilities resources and school administration. The reform of the physical education curriculum system is a complicated systematic project that requires the cooperation of all departments. Physical education teachers are an important factor to ensure the quality of physical education. Physical education venues and equipment are a powerful guarantee for the reform of physical education curriculum. It is also a prerequisite for the successful completion of teaching tasks. The efficiency of school administration is one of the keys to the success of the reform. This article analyzes the dominant factors restricting the reform of physical education in colleges and universities and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
