为了解锡山市居民中糖尿病的流行情况,依据“中国糖尿病流行特征的研究”项目操作指南.按照分层抽样原则,调查锡山市4个点共2083人.结果显示:20岁以上居民糖尿病的粗患病率和标化患病率分别为3.74%和3.60%,糖耐量低减的粗检出率3.79%,标化检出率3.64%,40岁以上人群糖尿病患病率和糖耐量低减检出率分别是<40岁人群的3.80倍和2.35倍.提示40岁以上人群是糖尿病的高风险人群.
In order to understand the prevalence of diabetes among residents in Xishan City, according to the operation guideline of “Research on the Characteristics of Diabetes in China” project, according to the principle of stratified sampling, 2083 people were surveyed in 4 spots in Xishan City.The results showed that: Prevalence and standardized prevalence were 3.74% and 3.60%, respectively. The crude detection rate of impaired glucose tolerance was 3.79% and the standardization rate was 3.64%. The prevalence of diabetes and impaired glucose tolerance in people over 40 years old The detection rates were 3.80 times and 2.35 times respectively <40 years old, suggesting that people over 40 years old are high risk of diabetes.
