John Locke’s theory of decentralization, limited government theory has been widely concerned and praised by people, but his comment on the concept of property is relatively rare. This article is based on the basic content of its concept of property, its role and its relationship with other theories as a research basis and ideas, which is more for us to understand Locke’s political doctrine, to better grasp the development of Western theory of property development context Has very important meaning. His idea of the natural rights of property opened the foundation for the legitimacy of political power. His theory of labor property explained the origin of private ownership.
